Ideal consistency in the cup, slightly full-bodied, well-balanced body, intense aromas and a light chocolate note. Low in caffeine, without bitterness and digestible. Awarded several times internationally. Does not have organic certification but participates in the same sustainable agro-forestry solutions.

Cultivated between 1300 and 1600 meters above sea level, we find different varieties of plants such as Bourbon, Catuai or Catura. Coffee cherries are harvested from December to March
